i am migrate java edition x microsoft edition but I did not claim the windows version and now how much I want to enter I get that I changed my email and I cannot enter to claim it, I bought it on March 15, 2020.

What the hell can’t get help,can’t login to account, can’t get emails. Been trying to get some kind of help for 3 months and getting no where. Paying for a realm for 3yrs and now can’t play on it with out getting kicked every 5-10min. Lose of villagers and mobs continually
