I tried to follow the steps, but when I log in with Microsoft it just let's me play the demo! If I log in with my mojang acc it's fine! The faq page isn't helping. Can I just expect to not be able to play in a week??

I submitted the request form msft.it/6019wix7d, but have not heard back from them in 14 hours. Is this what we should expect after the Microsoft takeover?

My son (10 yrs old) can play a world but he can't play Servers, Realms or other things in Worlds. Marketplace is greyed out and it says "There is an error with your account." Code Cauldron. This has been a problem for 2 months.
