@MojangSupport Do you offer any support if we purchased the wrong version of Minecraft on DVD for Xbox One? We have a working copy but didn't realize the XBOX One edition was not compatible with Bedrock and it's causing issues with playing online.

Unfortunately we're not able to swap out versions of the game. If you bought this copy recently, I would recommend looking into a refund from the place you bought it. ^NS
