What if you've been locked out of your account for a week and have not been responded to by support staff at any point during your attempts to contact them? I've submitted multiple requests and no one has bothered to reach out to me or help me regain access to my account.

Can you send us your ticket number? We can check on that and make sure it arrived in our queue. ^NS
