The link that is to reach out to the team thing is broken and it is not working can you maybe try to give me another link to see if it will work

That's definitely odd! It seems to be working on our end. Can you try opening the link in a different browser? If that doesn't work, go to msft.it/6018wMWjY, click Support in the upper right, then scroll down and click Contact. ^NS

It also says I need something called a transaction ID and what is that and I don't think I have one

Check out this article for tips on finding your transaction ID: msft.it/6013wMUk5 If you aren't able to find it, just leave that field blank for now. When an agent replies, they'll let you know if they need any other info. ^NS
