It also says I need something called a transaction ID and what is that and I don't think I have one

Check out this article for tips on finding your transaction ID: msft.it/6013wMUk5 If you aren't able to find it, just leave that field blank for now. When an agent replies, they'll let you know if they need any other info. ^NS

So I just submitted a request for support I am currently at school right now so I will have to get support when I get home thanks for all the help and I hope that soon I will be able to play minecraft java again with no crashes everytime I try and open it and have a great day
