@MojangSupport My old computer broke down and my son is very attached to a server he has spent a long time on. Is there any way that his server was saved online with Mojang/Minecraft that I can retrieve it somehow?

If it was a singleplayer world, unfortunately that would likely just be saved to your computer. If it was an online server hosted by someone else, or if it was a Realm, then there may be some backups! Check this article for more information: msft.it/6018wMc0E ^NS
