It says that I need to buy minecraft and I do not own it after trying to play on a new laptop. I logged in in Microsoft Store and Xbox with the same account and it says I do not own it. What should I do?

I'm having trouble with my realm account, but I can't seem to find anyway to report the problem or send a direct message, so this will have to do. If someone could get in touch with me about a fault that has developed in my game, that would be great.

Having horrible connection issues on minecraft switch edition Been trying to play a multi-player game with me and my step sister and step mom but the world will either say connection timed our or unable to connect to world
