My realm is broken. I cant reset it, replace the world, remove addons, or shut it down. I get an error no matter what!!!

Yo Mojang ! Minecraft isn’t working. Not loading at all. We use Xbox one. System told me to uninstall, but I’m not sure it even uninstalled. We click the button, and just nothing happens. At all. Problem is persisting all day. What’s up y’all ? Please advise.
