Hi. I migrated my existing mojang account with minecraft java edition to my existing microsoft however i no longer own minecraft according to my account and i can only play the demo. Would be happy if you could help.

Sadly I got the email from you, but my laptop has a smashed screen, runs 🐌 and I need to change my pw cause it's weak. Plus, I uninstall MC bc of this reason. 😔😢💔

I'm having issues migrating, I think an error happened while it was migrating and didn't finish. When I try again, it just says something went wrong. When I sign in microsoft it says I don't own it. I can still sign into mojang account and play though

I have followed all the correct steps on the migration guide, used the same e mail for my Microsoft and mojang account, however it has still not linked and I cannot figure out wh (the FAQs do not help) is there something I am missing? Is there any other way to migrate my account?
