Hello, I have that issue with only being able to play the demo after migration. Seems like a lot of people do. Any reasonable way to fix it? Any other way to contact your support, that would actually let me file a ticket?

i have a problem with an old account i have the email and password but i cannot access the email any more, i try to migrate the account but it wants me to "secure" the account by sending an email to the address i cannot access i don't have a transaction ID from 10 years ago
