What am I supposed to do if I don't have access to my Mojang account's email (to migrate), but I haven't verified my Mojang account to change the email and the verification requires the old email that I don't have access to?

played on the microsft account since the start, and since being told to migrate accounts i have now lost everything i had on that account the game now loads up the mojang account? how do i fix this
