im having trouble migrating, my account was bought by my parents in 2014 and soon after the email that they used ceased to exist, since then ive used my account for years but no can nolonger play because i dont have access to that email anymore, hence cant get support or migrate

When i first started to try migrating my account to a microsoft account. It froze so i tried closing the browser and trying again. Now every time i try migrating right after logging into my microsoft account it just says that there was an error. There is no error code or anything

I tried to migrate my mojang account with a pre-existing microsoft account for at least 5 times, but it always fails, which shows an interface with a Creeper, and says “Oh, no... Something went wrong, try again later or ask support.”.

Hey, so, my I migrated my mojang account a few weeks ago, and now while trying to log in [through the microsoft account] it says that my account is locked. I tried to unlock it, but the code isn't being sent to me. I lost a 10 year old account just like that.

hi i'm having problem with my migration account it says i only own the demo and i can't tell if it's cause i used the wrong microsoft account or if it's for a other reason iv'e tryed the support from the FAQ but only got a a answer that tell me no support disponible in french now

Hey my MC account uses my older brothers old email, and he is in argentina right now, I am in Texas. I cannot migrate because it requires me to be logged into his Email.
