I already used this form when you sent it to me for the first time. This ALSO hasn't worked.

Our Support emails come from a different address than things like verification or password reset emails. Please double check spam and junk folders, and make sure msft.it/6012w3avr and msft.it/6013w3avT are not blocked. ^NS
