@MojangSupport can pls someone contact me via dms, so someone can help me fix this issue, i have no idea why, but it seems that i dont get any response emails from u people, i only get the automatic response nothing more, ive been trying to contact the support for a long time now

Thanks for that info! I can see that one of our agents has been able to respond to you today, so you'll just need to keep an eye out for the email in your inbox and reply to them if they need more info from you. ^FF
