@MojangSupport Hey, I need help with my minecraft account. I wrote several tickets but got only bot-answers or that support is not available in my language (I selected english). I just want to reset my password (I don't get an email when I try it the conventional way). Halp!

Do you currently have a ticket number I could look into? We try to respond to tickets as quickly as possible in the order they were received. We appreciate your patience! ^NQ

Thank you for answering! Sadly I only got bot-answers that tell me the support is not available in my language. When I reply that I am okey with englisch (which I selected to begin with) I don't get an answer apart from one that says "we havn't heard from you so case is closed".

There is no ticket number to be found in any of the mails I have received. I probably have opened about 5 tickets now with the same results every time (bot-answer either telling me about the language or faq, I answer like I am told to in the mails, nothing happens)
