@MojangSupport hi, I’ve noticed a problem with Minecraft on PS5..when I’m smelting something in the furnace, it stops cooking when I’m at a different location. When I’m back, it carrier on from where I left off..why is this ????

You may be getting a bit too far from the furnace. The game only loads a few areas at a time to make sure it can run. If you go too far from your furnace, the game will essentially pause that area. Look up "chunk loading" or "render distance" for more info! ^NS

Oh wow I’ve never noticed that before ! I mean, I’m not going too far, like onto a different made map, I’ve played minecraft for like 10 years, first time I’ve realised ! But thanks, I’ll have a read into it 😁
