@MojangSupport @XboxSupport I open a ticket about Rewards points that I redeemed for Minecoins and you close the ticket. On the phone you tell me I have to contact Minecraft because it's 3rd party currency. I have 990 in Minecoins (3 codes) that don't work. Please fix this!

Thank you so much for your response. I have already submitted a ticket from that form, found it after tweeting to you. However when it's submitted there was no confirmation thank you for submitting the ticket blah blah blah so I assumed that my ticket to you was created?
