@MojangSupport Can't migrate my minecraft account (it just says "something went wrong" with no helpful info). What now?

Please ensure that Javascript is enabled & you are not blocking Javascript for google domains, and clearing your browser cache/cookies. Try using a private browsing window, and disable any VPNs you have running. Let us know if you're still running into this error! ^FF

Ok, so you guys have stopped responding to me through the official means (more than 5 days since last reply). Does this mean I'm no longer required to transfer my account?

We are currently solving through our backlog. We try to respond to tickets as quickly as possible in the order they were received. Do you currently have a ticket number and I can see if your ticket made it into the queue? ^NQ

Yeah, I submitted a support email and they told me to try edge and stuff. Doesn't work on firefox nor on edge. It does however give me a false sense of hope for the roughly 40 seconds when it looks like it's doing something. If support gets back to me, I'll respond to the email
