Can’t log into servers, it just runs in a loop back to server menu. I’ve gone through switch tech support and they ensure me the problem is with Minecraft software.

When you first open Minecraft on Switch, please allow the game to load for at least a full 1-2 minutes; you should be automatically logged in to your Microsoft account. If you still aren't logged in after 5 minutes, try restarting Minecraft. ^NS
