@MojangSupport hello i cant figure out why im not able to get password reset emails. i filled out your guys's form but its still taking forever for response. i bought the game back in 2009-2010 and i did proper migration back in 2017 i think i got hacked.

they responded 24 hours later with something automated can you please look into this i have not been able to play minecraft for a while now. if this were most other game companies this would have been solved by now whats going on over there
