@Mojang @MojangSupport @_LadyAgnes Is the tech support backlog really just that long? Is there a better way to triage the support tickets? I get the size of the Minecraft user base, but my experience mirrors @_MethodZz_ here
well i guess if mojang support wont help me with my account issues ill soon just have to buy a new one... its been 2 years of continously not helping... at this point myself and alot of other ppl do belive mojangsupport is just a myth

I'd reach out to @_MethodZz_. He is important enough in the technical Minecraft community that he got his own title screen splash message. My problem resolved itself after a very long timeout. My kids very much hated the scary name and skin the hacker used in the meantime.
