@MojangSupport do people who had a microsoft minecraft account still get the cape?

Migrator capes are only available to Java Edition players who originally had Mojang (or Legacy) accounts, and have migrated. Any purchases after Dec 1, 2020 were Microsoft accounts to start out, so they aren't eligible for the cape. ^NS
