i bought minecraft win10 edition on microsoft store, opened the laucher, tried to sign in with microsoft, but it said something like "error something went wrong" what do i do?

Are you seeing any specific error codes when you try to sign in? Feel free to attach a screenshot in your reply while making sure to block any account info for your safety/privacy! ^FF
