Hello, you will not get Bedrock edition free if you purchase the Minecraft: Java Edition. I also am not sure how to answer your second question. Please clarify.^TK

Did you download it from minecraft.net? If so, you shouldn't have anything to worry about. That's a default thing Windows asks when trying to run executable programs.

As long as the download was from msft.it/6012w6qgQ, then we can assure you it's safe! Your computer may have a more strict security system that is causing that message. You can adjust the settings to allow this download, and you can always change the settings back. ^NS
