@MojangSupport I've had an open support ticket regarding my MC Java account since December 15th (last non-automated response). 6 weeks later and i haven't had a reply even though the support agent asked me for information (which i replied with). Any Help?

I can't find any sort of ticket number, or ticket ID in any of the emails. Could you tell me where to find it? The email was received on Dec. 15 2021 at 4:14am PST from Kris P. Bacon if that's any help.

If you submitted a ticket you should see a ticket number sent to your email. I suggest sending another one in this case if you didn't get a ticket nuber. ^TK

I've submitted another ticket, and still don't have any ID - the email i receive is just an automated email response which isn't helpful. I've checked through all the emails i've received or sent, and none have a ticket ID.

The ticket number should be a string of 7 digits (i.e. 3456789). If you got an automated message, try replying directly to it and letting us know you still need help. If you're able to locate your ticket number, please let us know so that we can check on the status for you. ^FF

I think I found it. It only shows in the search bar of Hotmail if I search for Minecraft support. It doesn't actually show on the email at all. Try 3226413. That's the only 7 digit number I can find at all.
