Minecraft worlds are stored locally on your device; if the world has been deleted and there are no backups of that world, unfortunately, you won't be able to recover your world. More info about this can be found here: msft.it/6019w6TzH. ^FF

For your first issue, check your Audio settings in-game and make sure "Jukebox/Note Blocks" is turned up. For your second issue, I don't think I fully understand the issue. Can you explain a bit more about when this lag happens? ^NS

Hm, that first issue may be a bug. Please search our bug tracker for a matching report: msft.it/6014w6bhp. For the Wither, this sounds like how the fight is supposed to go. If it's taxing on your device, I would first recommend adjusting your settings for performance! ^NS
