Ayo @MojangSupport I'm having a bit of trouble with the Minecraft Java realms! I was invited to a server a couple weeks back, but as of today whenever I try and join the server, I am greeted by the Realms purchase popup. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I would first recommend reaching out to the Realm owner to make sure everything's still up and running, and do some connection troubleshooting-- see msft.it/6014ZAoUC for steps! ^NS

Heya @MojangSupport so I spoke to the realm owner, and I did manage to get in whilst he was logged in the other day, but it seems I cant get in whilst he's offline. I've done all the troubleshooting tips you've given me, and none of them seem to work

Heya Mojang, I've tried all the steps in the Java realms troubleshooting, and am still having the same issue, so for now I'll submit an actual support ticket and see what happens!
