Yo. Despite having literally paid my subscription yesterday my account forced me to pay for realms again, sending twice the amount I was supposed to this month. My realm still isn't working and me and my players are frustrated after two days of trying. Would you mind helping?

For clarification I'm on bedrock. And the only option it gives me is to delete my realm. It's the second month in a row that I've had to pay twice the amount I'm supposed to.
