@MojangSupport is there a way to log into the Minecraft support ZenDesk to see the status of a request? I have been having difficulty with email from the system and don’t want to miss something.

Unfortunately we don't have a system like that set up. However, emails from Support come from a different domain than our system emails, which should help! For example, password resets would come from noreply@mojang, but Support emails would come from @minecrafthelp.zendesk ^NS

I have received some emails from the Zendesk address but not all. For example, I received a notice that my request was being marked resolved due to inactivity and recapping an email I didn’t get. Is there any way to learn if my response has been received?

Can you send us your ticket number? We can check on that and make sure we received your response. ^NS

Thanks for sending that over! I can confirm we received your reply on Wednesday. The ticket is still assigned to an agent, although they may be out of the office currently. They'll definitely get back to you just as soon as they can! ^NS
