Thats a thing, i cant use the email, cuz the provider is shutdown, so sending a request when i cant get a reply what should i do ? Use a another email to get the respond and tell the dead one in the ticket ?

Make sure the "Your Email Address" field has your current address. You can enter your old address in the "Java Account Email" field! ^NS
