If you purchased Java Edition before Dec 1, 2020, then you'll be able to migrate and be eligible for a Migrator cape. If you purchased Java more recently though, you started off with a Microsoft account so you would not be eligible for the cape. ^NS

Except I have not been able to access mine for about 5 days and still can't. How can I get a refund for the number of days the service I pay for isn't accessible?

And it's doing the same as before: claiming I can't access realms because of the way my Microsoft account is set up, except I didn't change the settings from when it was working. I've gone through the process to verify it's as it should be. You need to fix this issue.

Can anyone provide some assistance with an exit code: -1073741819? Getting pretty frustrated...seems like I can't have a firewall on or even update without MC stopping working. Some guidance would be appreciated.
