@MojangSupport I’ve been trying to get help for a few days now. The agents are not helping me and they keep replying with solutions to issues that I’m not having.

It’s been over a week since I got a response. I suspect the agent is just solving out my ticket because they don’t know the answer. Could you look into #3369426?
