It looks like your game was purchased on the wrong Microsoft account. Unfortunately, there is no way to transfer game licenses to another account, so we are unable to assist. Please review the email for more information from the agent. ^NS

While I don’t believe that is the case, an alternative is to provide licenses to the correct account. You can then revoke the other licenses. I’m not after free games, I just want you to fix the problem. Where should I send the info for the correct account?
