@MojangSupport one of my son's worlds has disappeared off his list of minecraft worlds on his xbox 1. Is there any way of retrieving lost worlds? Have tried clearing the cache and reinstalling minecraft but no luck.

All Minecraft worlds are stored locally, meaning that those files only exist locally on your computer or device. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to recover lost Minecraft worlds. We recommend reading msft.it/6013ZFlbW to save your worlds in the future ^NS
