@MojangSupport My brother no longer has access to the email that he had initially purchased the game with, so he does not have his transaction ID and can't migrate his account. Is there anything he can do to keep his account after May?

That doesn't exactly help because he does not have access to the email associated with his minecraft account. And he can't change the email because he can't do the security questions without an email either.
