@MojangSupport hi, I have been locked out of my account for 20 months ago and all you have said is please wait. I've been waiting almost 2 years just to be able to play with my nephew during the pandemic. you ever going to fix this?

I already did this twice, and it's been 2 years. you say quickly, but 2 years is not very quick. I've had zero response

I did do that before on two occasions and it got completely ignored and now I am here 2 years later still getting fobbed off with "wait and we'll get back to you". okay cool, when?
