Incredible how @MicrosoftHelps doesn't actually help. It'd be great if I could contact an actual person and talk to them about how my community's @Minecraft server is expired despite the subscription renewing literally a week ago. How's that bug fix coming along @MojangSupport?

We've already completed this process twice. The first time three months ago and again today (Ticket No. 3401862). Not sure what else we're supposed to do since we followed the recommendations the first time this happened.
