@MojangSupport hey, I bought minecraft but it seems your launcher says I never owned it, I have the evidence that I did buy it in an email, including the transaction ID, receipt, AND the order ID. Can you fix this?

Hey there, if you're seeing Demo Mode, this usually indicates that you're signing into the wrong account. Make sure you're signing in with the same account that was used during the game purchase, and check out msft.it/6018ZtAkK for more info about Demo Mode. ^FF
