@MojangSupport Hi. I,ve been having problems to log in into my account for around two months. The assistance Im getting is...getting nowhere. The password to my account doesnt seem to be working and when i try to change it, i get no email from mojang in my inbox. Can you help me?

Sorry to hear those password resets aren't arriving! First, try requesting them from a different browser and checking your junk/spam folder. Also, make sure your email is not blocking or filtering emails from noreply@mojang.com. ^NS

Ok! I normally use firefox, but I asked for the password reset on Chrome. It didnt work ;-;. I checked my email configs and im neither filtering nor blocking mojang's email. Its also not in the spam's folder. Thanks for trying to help, but is there anything else I can do?

The thing is, i've been in contact with mojang support for 2 months. I sent my ticket before november 18th and my problem has not been solved yet. I dont know what else I can do
