i don't have a mojang account, how can i fix this problem? the server don't let me play it says that i have to switch to mojang mode

Some private or community run servers aren't currently set up for Microsoft logins. Unfortunately these are out of our control, so you'll need to reach out to the server admins for more information. ^NS
