@MojangSupport 2/3 This might be because we are changing wifi providers and that email account is on the old provider's website (talktalk webmail). Anyways, i went on the mojang support website and i thought i found a fix (help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/…)

@MojangSupport 3/3 But that fix requires me to have access to my mojang account- which is the whole problem!!! Sorry to bother you and for being so wordy.
