@MojangSupport My son has tried to log in to his Minecraft account and had forgotten his password. So he tried to change the password by getting the password change email sent to my email account. He made an error with the email address and has tried many times to 'fix the typo'

the 'typo in your email address' has a fix it here' button, but the button does not work. It has been causing him stress for days. Is there anything we can do?
