@MojangSupport Hi. I would like to access to my minecraft account on my mobile phone but it asks to do a new payment which i have already done. (I use my account on my laptop no problem). Please clarify if i could use my account on different devices or not. Thanks.

Just like traditional console games, each device must own its own copy of Minecraft in order to play the game. Platforms do not coordinate sales and distribution; unfortunately, if you wish to play on a different platform you will have to purchase a new license. ^NS
