@MojangSupport Hey i have a problem to sign in... i try to get a new password but i never got the E-Mail... and when i try to register a new account with that E-Mail there comes the massage that it is already beeing used for an account... that means it is still there... help pls.

Sorry to hear those password resets aren't arriving! First, try requesting them from a different browser and checking your junk/spam folder. Also, make sure your email is not blocking or filtering emails from noreply@mojang.com. ^NS

Hey i tryed a diffrent browser... it still doesn't work. My emails did not filter that email... my Junk-/Spamordner is clear... maybe you can look if my email is blocked? jonas2334@web.de
