@MojangSupport still no response to an enquiry about an account that has an order stuck with status "unknown". Unable to place any orders. What can be done?

Hi NS, I’ve looked at that but I don’t see how it helps. This is a server side issue, with Braintree payment processor issues. The whole account (which has pocket edition) seems broken. And no reply to my email thus far. :/

Hopefully I’ll hear back within the next week, I’m trying to fulfil a Christmas present that was promised to a five year old. As you can imagine, every day I’m being asked if it’s done yet!
