@MojangSupport hey! Yesterday I purchased Minecraft through the website, the funds were debited of my bank account, but in the web appeared a mistake “the purchase was not processed”, now I don’t have the game nor the funds. Please help!!

If you didn't receive a transaction ID from Mojang, it's likely that your purchase was not processed, and any charges you see are temporary. If you did receive a transaction ID and would like a refund, please contact us at msft.it/6014Ze5ny and we'll see what we can do. ^NS
