@MojangSupport I did log in the right account but could you tell me why the error happens because how can I play with my friends if I don’t have a new account?

I just want to know if you are aware of the disappearing entity bug on xbox. I have had villagers named zombie villager cows pet even boats......ect just vanish and if there is a rough time on being able to fix it.
