@MojangSupport I have submitted two support tickets and followed up on them days later and I have yet to have my account unlocked from you guys. What is going on in the customer support department???

We are currently experiencing higher than normal volume due to the holiday season resulting in slightly longer wait times. Please take that into consideration when corresponding and avoid submitting duplicate requests for the same issue. ^NS
