@MojangSupport I purchased Minecraft via paypal in January of 2021 and my email is not being recognized as purchasing the game so I cannot log in. I have my paypal receipt, what can I do to get access to my account?

I did days ago and have heard nothing back.

We are currently experiencing higher than normal volume due to the holiday season resulting in slightly longer wait times. Please take that into consideration when corresponding and avoid submitting duplicate requests for the same issue. ^NS
